Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy is a starting template and should be reviewed by the store owner (and, where appropriate, a legal professional) before you rely on it.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Your order number serves as proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
- Digital products and downloads (delivered instantly and non-refundable once accessed)
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Personal-care or hygiene items that have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons
How to start a return
Email gspaulding1025@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before receiving them.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or a damaged/incorrect claim is approved), we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post it.
Return shipping
Unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us and we'll help track it down.
